Senior Talent Acquisition Partner APAC Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Partner APAC to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, compensation, maintaining information in the HR systems.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience, including hands-on payroll processing required, preferably in a multinational company environment. They should also have good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Responsible for the full scope of talent acquisition including recruitment, selection, and hiring of top talent for the organization.
  • HR Administration: Responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, preparing reports as required, and implementing employee engagement programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Payroll Processing: Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Training and Development: Responsible for the full scope of training and development administration for employees.
  • Policy Implementation: Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • General Administration: Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Requirements:
  • Degree: Minimum diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of HR experience, including hands-on payroll processing required, preferably in a multinational company environment.
  • Skills: Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to relate well with people at all levels. Ability to multi-task, excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
