Skills/Requirement:

  • Must have minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain
  • Proactive & Solutions-Focused: Takes initiative to address hiring challenges creatively.
  • High-Performance Driven: Thrives under pressure and delivers quality outcomes at speed.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills to engage candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organized & Independent: Manages multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
