We are looking for an experienced **Talent Acquisition Partner **who would play a key role to identify, attract and hire the best talent.

In this role, you will be reporting to and working closely with the Head of Human Resources and play a pivotal role in recruitment strategy development and accelerate hiring efforts. You will gain a deep understanding of the future needs of each business unit’s talent requirements, drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to elevate the existing recruitment process.

Job Responsibilities:

- Development of communities and talent pools through advertising, headhunting / direct approaches, networks, social media and employee referrals
- Lead Employer Value Proposition, Recruitment Marketing, Staff Referral and Campus recruitment initiatives
- Help develop and implement the use of behavioral and psychometric assessments in accordance with company's requirements
- Utilise data and reporting to advise on recruitment best practice and provide updates and visibility on the status of recruitment
- Manage and advise hiring managers on key market trends & practices, sourcing strategies and industry salary benchmarks

Job Requirements:

- Min 5 years of relevant working experience in Talent Acquisition
- Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of Talent Acquisition best practices
- Good understanding of the Employment Act and local environment
- Experience working as a HRBP or identical role would be advantageous
- Resourceful, initiative and able to thrive in a fast-paced result-driven environment
