**Job description**:
**Mission Descriptions**:

- Manage service delivery operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of service delivery professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Monitor service performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement service improvement plans.
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance.
- Manage service delivery budgets and resources.
- Provide regular reports on service delivery performance to senior management.

**Profile Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in service delivery management.
- ITIL certification is preferred.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experienced in IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Experienced in managing service delivery operations.
- Experienced in leading a team of service delivery professionals.
- Have hands-on experience on any coding language.
- Fluent in English.
