[What the role is]

Lead the Service Delivery division to achieve better outcomes for persons who use social services, so that these service users are empowered to live with dignity. This includes:
1. Implementing service strategies and plans;
2. Strengthening the service capacity and capability of the sector;
3. Taking care of the Service Delivery team; and

4. Supporting Services Group and NCSS.

[What you willl be working on]

Lead the Service Delivery division to

1. Implement service strategies and plans by
- Partnering social service agencies, government agencies and other stakeholders;
- Using data and ground experience to improve service delivery; and
- Improving relevant data collection and IT systems.

2. Strengthen service capacity and capability by partnering service providers to
- Grow person-centred solutions, and efficient service delivery methods that are cheaper and require less manpower;
- Collaborate and innovate;
- Set and/or achieve output, outcome and impact indicators for services;
- Manage and evaluate their performance; and
- Allocate community funding to critical and needed services.

3. Take care of the Service Delivery team by
- Creating a culture where colleagues work, learn and play together; and
- Grooming junior and future leaders.

4. Support the Group and NCSS as and when required.
