Service Delivery Director

The role of Service Delivery Director is to oversee the successful delivery of multiple enterprise projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Director will be responsible for managing project teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, tracking progress and resolving any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve project delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring appropriate governance and compliance measures are in place.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, pre-sales and sales to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in service delivery management or related roles, with a focus on delivering multiple projects.
  • Proven recent experience in managing large-scale service delivery projects in the public sector industry.
  • Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
