Director, IT Service Delivery Transformation
An excellent Director, IT Service Delivery Transformation opportunity has just arisen with a global brand.
Job Purpose:
Lead the transformation of IT service delivery by centralizing operations and driving service excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategy to centralize IT service delivery operations.
  • Lead proactive monitoring, ensuring issues are resolved before impacting business operations.
  • Standardize infrastructure management across networks, servers, and cloud environments.
  • Establish governance frameworks, policies, and performance metrics for service operations.
  • Collaborate with leaders, vendors, and teams to drive transformation and secure buy-in.

Job Requirements:
  • 15+ years in IT service delivery, with senior leadership transformation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000, and service governance frameworks.
  • Proven track record of leading centralization and IT service optimization initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to influence stakeholders.
  • ITIL certification required; Lean Six Sigma and COBIT certification are advantages.

The successful Director, IT Service Delivery Transformation must possess extensive IT governance and leadership experience.
