We are seeking a dedicated and proactive **Customer Retention Specialist** to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
**Customer Retention & Engagement**:

- Proactively reach out to customers who show signs of inactivity, dissatisfaction, or potential churn.
- Conduct follow-ups on customer interactions to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.

**Relationship Building**:

- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and reduce churn.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their unique needs and identify solutions

**Feedback & Insights**
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to share customer insights and trends that may enhance product offerings
- Prepare and present regular reports on retention metrics and customer feedback to help improve overall customer experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
