Customer Success Executive

**What you'll do**:
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Devise and execute strategies to drive customer success and retention, ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes.
Identify and understand customers' needs and goals, offering guidance and support to help them reach their objectives.
Proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients, fostering growth and maximizing customer value.
Monitor customer usage and adoption of our products, identifying areas for increased engagement and usage.
Take ownership of customer accounts, overseeing the onboarding process, providing ongoing support, and managing renewals and upsells.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Provide prompt and effective resolution to customer issues and inquiries, escalating matters when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
**What you'll need**:
Experience in Agriculture or related fields will be beneficial.
Strong self-initiative in problem-solving and ability to think strategically.
Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and self-motivated
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
