We are seeking a highly motivated & results-driven Loyalty Marketing Specialist / Senior Specialist to join us in shaping the future of Razer Silver - the world’s leading loyalty program for gamers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the team in building & executing the Razer Silver engagement strategy.
- Conceptualize and execute loyalty marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Work closely with external partners & internal stakeholders (including local marketers, creative, finance, legal & compliance) to ensure timely and smooth execution of all campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage Razer Silver content across all communication touchpoints.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and reporting and provide recommendations for campaign optimization and improvements.
- Manage the Razer Silver Rewards Catalog including onboarding and removal of rewards.
- Analyse member data to gather relevant insights and identify opportunities for program & campaign optimization.
- Support and collaborate with other Razer business units on co-marketing activities and create new opportunities for Razer Gold and Silver

**Pre-Requisites**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimally 2 - 4 years of experience in loyalty marketing & program management is a must.
- Well versed with loyalty and retention strategies, marketing trends and best practices, with proven experience in end-to-end marketing campaign execution.
- Experience with loyalty program management tools and content management systems.
- Experience in data analysis with demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with teams across multiple areas in a matrix organization.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written presentation skills. Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft office is a must.
- Good time-management skills and able to manage multiple concurrent projects and set clear priorities.
