**Job Purpose**
- Perform and Support LNG SPC’s daily accounting duties

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivable and payables processes, general ledger, tax, and bank reconciliation, etc.
- Checking the suppliers’ invoice and update in the payment list
- Timely and accurately update the transactions (income/ expense) in cash book
- Arrange the soft / hard copies filing on time
- Arrange the documents sending to third parties (banks, corporate secretary, tax agent, government authority)
- Accurate and timely data entry to accounting system and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Liaise with internal and external parties (such as auditor, corporate secretary, tax agent and suppliers) as and support in audit and tax queries
- Assist in monthly quarterly and closing accounts (prepare journal for accrual, prepayment, depreciation, etc)
- Manage timely closing process and reconciliations, including intercompany transaction
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior and management

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting
- Possess a minimum of 3 years working experience in accounting
- Experience in book-keeping is necessary
- Experience in preparing financial statements is preferrable
- Familiar with IFRS and SFRS
- Time-management abilities, fast learner, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative and willingness to learn
- Good team player with positive working attitude
