- Responsibilities:
- Work directly with business development manager / key account manager (KAM), customers and internal company's partners to support all aspects of SG marketing activities.
- Assist with the AGB marketing activities in all its scope (daily report, trade marketing, events, CEM...)
- Builds rapport with all internal and external stakeholders to foster positive and productive relationships.
- Responds to KAM/customer/internal partner needs in a timely, professional, helpful, manner, regardless of the attitude.
- Initiates improvement in services, products and processes.
- In conjunction with the Region Operational Marketing Manager and the KAM, directs the creation of tailored Marketing and Communication materials, as well as programs/campaigns, according to the needs of the country.
- Helps establish and track key milestones, deliverables and budgets to support the flawless execution of new product/service launches.
- Updates product forecasts during the monthly demand forecast submission under the direction of the KAM.
- Works with the KAM to prepare and occasionally present Pilco and go-to-market (G2M) information.
- Supports the development and deployment of the adapted Customer Experience Management (CEM) G2M strategy, including Digital and Key Opinion Leader / Key Online Influencer management.
- Participates in the review of marketing activities using established measurement criteria.
- Manages product flow to customers based on priorities established by the KAM and customers.
- Leads Purchase Order requisition creation process.
- Collects and compiles all required Sell-In and Sell-Out data to produce month-end landing projections and reports required by the KAM and Sales Administration for business analysis and customer rebate payment calculations.
- Assesses Sales Program and Campaign results to determine effectiveness and recommend future improvement.
- Responsible for submission of Region and LB data requirements for Share of Market analysis, new vehicle sales, registration information, country GDP data, etc.
- Identify, select and support appropriate tradeshow/association activities to support business objectives.
- Monitor key Competitors activities and industry trends
- Develops industry knowledge by attending trade shows, seminars, conferences, etc.
- Identifies current industry trends.
- Develop product technical knowledge; answer to stakeholders basic technical questions
