**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Main Purpose**
As a Regional Account Director for eFinancialCareers, your role is to act as a specialist managing the end to end sales cycle. You will deliver a consultative service to clients, which will result in long term values for both organisation and client. Success will be defined at the high level to which you complete activities, in order to generate billings to KPIs/objectives. You will be responsible for optimising billings, by developing and implementing strategies that develop new account and nurture key accounts. You will assist the development of your team by sharing your knowledge.

**Essential Duties/Responsibilities**
- Grow Accounts through consultative approach to clients
- Collaborate with CS, Marketing and Product teams effectively to deliver value to clients.
- Contribute to business strategy and challenge ‘how we do things’
- Role model for best practice in achieving results
- Utilise data to challenge client perceptions and enable change within client organisation
- Utilises data to support and deliver important messages
- Demonstrate strategic growth through new, repeat and penetration business.
- Achieves high client retention through strong post sale process
- Work on strategic projects to help deliver business improvement - deliver presentations/progress reports to management team
- Have a creative influence on teams approach to market
- Show enthusiasm to mentor junior team members
- Business travel is required

**Qualifications/ Experience**:

- 7-10 years’ experience of enterprise sales and/or business development experience
- Understands emerging financial services and competitive landscape
- High level of knowledge within recruitment space
- Ability to plan and monitor to achieve excellent results
- Adaptability to changing market conditions
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of eFinancialCareers sales process, USPs and relevant market
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of Salesforce and operating procedures
- The ability to consult clients F2F from end user to senior management and C level Executive

**KPIs and Targets**
