We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandiser / Operations Executive to join our dynamic team.

**Job Overview: Operations Executive (Merchandiser)
We seek a talented and creative Merchandiser / Operations Executive to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring our stores are well-stocked, visually appealing, and organized to maximize sales. You will be responsible for managing inventory, replenishing fast-moving stocks, and highlighting new arrivals to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. Design skills will be highly valued as you create attractive and effective displays. This is a hands on position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that new stocks are consistently available in stores.
- Monitor and replenish fast-moving stocks to prevent shortages.
- Highlight and display new arrivals to attract customer attention.
- Utilize design skills to create visually appealing and effective in-store displays.
- Collaborate with store managers and other team members to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to make informed merchandising decisions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities and in-store displays.
- Conduct regular stock audits and manage inventory levels efficiently. Develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to attract customers and increase sales

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, visual merchandising, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising and marketing in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Able to draw manga characters and loves art will be a plus
- Flexibility to work on weekends or outside of regular business hours as needed
