**Key Responsibilities**:
**Provide secretarial support to the Division Head**:
Liaise internally and externally to make appointments, schedule for meetings and collect information
Prepare letters and reports as well as maintain and update electronic filing system for division
Provide secretarial support on general divisional matters:
Arrange hotel accommodation and air ticketing request for the division
Circulate information and update the notice board in the division
Take charge of the Master Specification for respective services
Provide secretarial support to the projects assigned:
Draft and prepare all letters, faxes, reports and Tender Specifications, etc. and maintain proper electronic filing system
Circulate project materials, such as correspondence, reports, etc. to designated personnel
Coordinate internally and externally to make appointments, schedule for meetings and arrange for collection of tender documents
Assist other secretaries within or across divisions
Participate in ad-hoc assignments when required
**Key Requirements**:
- GCE ‘O' Level and above with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- A good team player who is independent and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
