About the role
The Project Administrator provides support to the technical team, manages all aspects of theteam’s project administration and general office administration support to Studio Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the go to person for the administration of a project, supporting the Directors,Project Leads and their teams as required
- Undertake aspects of document control
- Manage and maintain project records on share point & server ensuring that the relevantinformation is in the appropriate project folders.
- Assist in the coordination of project meetings i.e. preparation of agenda, minute takingand distribution
- Assist in the supporting of project leads with providing research for bidsubmissions/proposals.
- Create and maintain project logs
- Undertake event booking and travel arrangements when required
- Maintain and update resource planner
- Coordinate weekly resource meetings
- Assist in monitoring the lifecycle of a project through project controls base (IMS)around its project methodology
- Provide support and cover to Project Administrators and Receptionists as required
- Other office administration works as required
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
About you
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Oracle, InDesign, Illustrator
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, people-orientated environment, juggling manypriorities at once
- Experience of working within a professional services and/or built environment businessis preferred
- Good organisational, attention to detail and problem solving skills
- A proactive mind-set and good team player
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- A confident personality that can communicate and engage at all levels
