Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Coordinate and support the daily operations of projects from inception to completion.
  • Attend site/call meeting with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure clear understanding of project goals and timelines.
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary application, materials are up to date, properly filed and stored, monitor project progress and prepare regular updates or reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on site, follow up on action items
  • Track and controlling project costs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Assist in scheduling subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and material deliveries.
  • Assist with supervising and or assisting with on-site rectification works when needed
  • To ensure all activities are accurate and done according to regulations.
  • Any other ad-hoc/urgent duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Prefer to have relavent experience
  • Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, documentation, and project workflows
  • Computer literacy in MS office preferably with basic AUTOCAD drawing
  • Able to read and understand layout plans/drawings, and electrical schematics
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Good working attitude with willing to get hands dirty and take a hands-on approach to the task on site
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Able to speak English and Chinese, well coordinate between clients, sub-contractors and workers
  • Valid Class 3 driver license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Willing to work 6-day work week + OT when needed
