Provide administrative support to management and operation eams.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, production, work orders, and employee timesheets.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Create and update reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
- Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, for safety logs, quality reports, and compliance documents.
- Support HR functions including onboarding, training coordination, and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for order follow-up and deliveries.
- Monitor and order office supplies to maintain optimal inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of administrative experience in similar industry.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Odoo or similar ERP systems.
- Understanding of workflows and processes with SOP
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (WHSE) documentation and compliance tracking.
