**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Coordination and Logistics Management**:Assist in coordinating and managing logistics for staff security clearance, client device delivery, staging, and deployment.
Schedule and oversee client device acceptance, OS upgrades, and submission of Declaration Forms and billing (if applicable).
- **Project Support**:Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including purchase-related matters and document submission.
Track and compile regular project reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- **Asset and Inventory Management**:Update and maintain records of client devices handled by the project team.
Ensure that inventory records for client devices are accurate and up-to-date in collaboration with the project team.
Facilitate the handover of client devices to the Operations and Support (O&S) team.
- **Project Monitoring and Reporting**:Monitor, track, and review project migration outputs and progress milestones.
Submit progress reports to the Project Manager, highlighting key updates and potential issues.
**Requirements**:
- **Education & Experience**:Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in a project administration or coordination role is preferred.
- **Skills**:Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- **Attributes**:Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of accountability and ownership over assigned tasks.
