NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration or related
- 3-5 years experience in project administration or relevant
- Provide support to Project Managers and Project Teams
- Formatting of documentations and generate reports
- Organising meetings, booking of conference room and manage projects calendar
- Tracking of project milestones, claims and deliverables
- Monitor budget ensuring they are within the allocated budget
- Processing of invoices, purchase requisition, and payment requests.
- Coordinate the procurement and of project & warehouse’s services & supplies and equipment/tools
- Assisting in the allocation, tracking and scheduling of resources, including equipment and tools.
- Ensure project activities are in compliance with organisational policies, procedures and standards.
