
Head of Regional Sales

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead, motivate, develop and inspire the local sales team
- Pro-actively perform regular market mapping to identify business opportunities
- Develop concepts and drive enhanced or new service strategies; monitor and support their detailed realization and timely implementation
- Lead evolution and management of business plans, budgets, EBIT and ROI
- Establish, maintain and grow the company’s customer relationships
- Initiate customer contacts, develop business relationships and manage sales campaigns
- Establish value propositions addressing business opportunities; business plan and contract proposals and lead the negotiations
- Interface with airlines and aviation industry contacts on market info
- Support and lead the company’s development, marketing and implementation of new, digital business solutions, in alignment with the corporate group’s strategic plan
- Support pro-actively the local management and work closely with the teams of the group’s global support and service network
**Competencies**:
- General Degree major in Sales/Marketing, Aerospace Engineering (with MBA) or equivalent
- 8-10 years (minimum) of proven professional experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the aerospace aftermarket
- Inspiring personality with excellent leadership skills; 3 - 5 years proven experience in leading a diverse sales team
- High degree of aviation business understanding with a strong customer-oriented mindset
- Well established customer network (i.e. airlines, MRO, brokers) in APAC region
- Proven ability to identify key objectives, develop strategies and implement action plans for short, mid and longer term sales
- An excellent communicator; self-motivated with an outgoing, confident and energetic personality
- Proven ability to influence, collaborate with and network at all working levels
- Proficient in using state-of-the-art IT (Office, ERP and CRM) tools
