**Job Description**:

- Overseeing all online marketing activity.
- Manage company websites & online marketplaces (eg. Lazada & Shopee)
- Responsible for driving online marketplace sales and ensure profitability.
- Manage online campaigns to drive sales conversion.
- Ensure that all products information’s such as pictures, pricing, promotion and stocks level are up to date.
- Design collaterals such as product banners inline with marketing campaigns.
- Create relevant social media content (static & video) for target audience to increase brand and product awareness.
- Handle customer relations (online & offline), manage enquiries across all touch points and assist with order fulfilment.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communication, similar or related.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to liaise and correspond with Mandarin speaking visitors / customers).
- At least 2 - 4 year of ecommerce/ marketplace experience preferably from FMCG background.
- Familiar with Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10 marketplaces.
- Creative & resourceful with excellent written and communication skills, copywriting, editing and proofing.
- Possess an interest in beauty & health products.
- Pro-active, able to work independently
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 2 years (preferred)
