Digital Marketing/e-commerce Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Support online activities including attend to customer enquiries, and create/update product descriptions, product photos, promotions content, sales banner visuals on all e-commerce platforms and websites.
- Set up promotions in online stores according to campaign plans eg discounts, voucher, gift with purchase, bundle deal, etc
- Prepare and execute marketing communication in eCommerce and social media platforms
- Monitor effectiveness of marketing programs and make adjustments to improve metrics
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of work experience related to Marketing/Design/E-commerce
- Active in social media/ecommerce platforms eg Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10.
- Important skills include customer service, teamwork and content creation (basic graphic and video editing)
- Must be resourceful and enjoy learning new things
