
Key Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving/ exceeding sales, distribution, market share, revenue, and profit objectives for the designated accounts
- Ensure smooth operation of the designated accounts with includes managing store inventory, attending to chat enquiries for e-commerce and achive KPIs outlay for the retail stores as well as e-stores to avoid any penalties or order cancellations
- Ensure all customer promotion claims are being verified, raised, and submitted oer the designated timeline
- Maintain sales reports for all designated accounts on regular basis. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage relationships with fulfilment partners, e-trailers, and retailers to do joint business planning with an objective to leverage scale and drive channel effectiveness through promotional campaigns
Job Requirements:
- With relevant working experience in handling Modern Trade accounts experience and e-commerce or related experience
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines when working on multiple projects with tight deadlines, decisive, have a positive can-do attitude, have a keen eye for detail, take initiative
- Passion for building and maintaining relationship, both internally and externally
- Working location: Clementi
- Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 6pm
