Our client is a fast-growing medical technology company with a strong presence across Asia, focused on delivering innovative diagnostics, medical devices, and digital health solutions. As part of its mission to scale efficiently and accelerate market growth, our client is now seeking a **Head of Strategy Optimization (Asia)**to lead their regional strategy development, operational improvement, and commercial excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and refine regional strategic plans in alignment with global business goals
- Identify performance gaps and lead initiatives to optimize business operations, sales efficiency, and market access
- Collaborate with regional commercial, operations, supply chain, and R&D teams to align strategies and remove execution bottlenecks
- Conduct market, competitor, and portfolio analysis to support strategic decisions and investments
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects such as go-to-market transformation, pricing optimization, and regional expansion
- Monitor and report key performance metrics to leadership; provide insights for continuous improvement
- Drive strategic workshops, annual planning cycles, and regional reviews with senior leadershipBuild strong partnerships with in-country GMs and functional leaders to ensure alignment and execution of strategy

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, or corporate development, ideally in medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- Strong knowledge of the Asian healthcare landscape and regulatory environments
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with measurable business impact
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and financial modeling capabilities
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skillsWillingness to travel regionally (up to 30%) as needed
