Job Title: Head of Distribution Strategy

We are seeking an experienced Head of Distribution Strategy to spearhead the development and execution of strategies to enhance our distribution channels.

This role is responsible for formulating distribution strategies to optimize our resort's exposure and visibility across travel agencies, online travel platforms, and other booking channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful distribution strategies and campaigns.

The Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing distribution strategies to increase revenue and market reach.
  • Building relationships with travel partners, including travel agencies, tour operators, and online travel platforms.
  • Collaborating with the revenue management team to align distribution strategies with pricing and inventory management.
  • Designing and executing promotional campaigns and special offers to drive bookings and increase visibility.

The Requirements for this role are:

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years' experience in a similar hotel or resort setting, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful distribution strategies and campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of travel distribution channels, market trends, and revenue management principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with a well-ingrained sales & service mindset.

The Ideal Candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools. Additionally, the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and distribution performance to identify areas for improvement and growth is essential.
