**Role objective**

This role is responsible for setting and executing the commercial and operational strategies for all Partnership channels, in close collaboration with key Chubb Overseas General (COG) stakeholders and shared Strategy / SME leaders for DMTM and Broker & IGA. This role will directly report into Chubb Life Head of Partnerships with matrix reporting into Chubb Life Head of Strategy. Partnership channels and regions covered by this role: All channels with execution focus on Bancassurance, Consumer Partnerships and Digital across Chubb Life’s APAC and Latin American markets.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide channel governance and control to ensure best practices are leveraged for channel management and tech architecture, systems and tools across all Chubb Life markets.
- Regularly review/refresh Partnership strategies (e.g., focus channels, verticals, propositions) in collaboration with Local Partnership teams and COG
- Identify opportunities with existing and new Partners to maximize growth potential
- Support Head of Partnerships Business Development with deal ideation, target / market screenings and vetting and shortlisting of opportunities for Chubb Life and OneChubb
- Meet with prospective clients, partners with the Head of Partnerships Business Development as needed to promote capabilities and value proposition
- Maintain and manage a repository of presentations, proposals, and other key documentation
- Provide input to management regarding sales and marketing materials, services and capabilities
- SME support and guidance on the day-to-day business and operational issues Liaise with local and other Group teams to expedite closure of issues; Track open issues
- Ensure adequate resource availability across all countries and escalate additional needs and roadblocks
- Support in business planning
- Provide Due Diligence support for larger Bancassurance and Consumer Partnership opportunities
- Lead / participate in monthly Partnership Performance and Pipeline update calls with local Partnership teams
- Lead / participate in cross-team experience sharing and information / learning sessions (BD forums)
- Provide monthly updates to senior management on strategy, performance and pipeline progress

**Qualifications Required**:

- 10+ years work experience in a distribution leadership / strategy role at a direct insurer or consultancy
- Hands-on experience working in a Partnership channel (particularly Bancassurance) is preferred
- Distribution strategy experience preferred
- Global / International experience (especially APAC) preferred
- Familiarity / experience with competitive, regulatory, distribution and product landscape of key APAC markets preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively present and build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Consummate collaborator who can also influence
- Comfortable working in a high-profile role with a diverse range stakeholder
- Able to productively liaise with peers in other Chubb business divisions
- Strong organizational and project skills with an ability to prioritize whilst managing various projects
