**Role objective**

Manage reporting and key portfolio tracking activities for Chubb Life’s Partnerships Channel, directly reporting into the Head of Partnerships Strategy. This role will work in close collaboration with Global and Local Business Development and Finance teams to maintain timely and accurate reporting and tracking of the channel’s performance and pipeline opportunities. Partnership channels and regions covered by this role: Bancassurance, Consumer Partnerships, DMTM, Broker / IGA and Digital across Chubb Life’s APAC and Latin American markets.

**Responsibilities**
- Carry out the following review, analysis and monitoring activities across all Chubb Life markets:

- Manage end-to-end process of the monthly Partnership Performance and Pipeline review cycles, including:

- Schedule monthly update meetings with the Global Partnerships and Digital team, Local Partnership Business Development teams and other key stakeholders (e.g., Country Presidents)
- Collect and review populated Performance and Pipeline templates to ensure all key fields are updated with relevant numbers and commentary
- Closely review account performance figures and coordinate with Global and Local Finance teams as needed
- Monitor performance and pipeline progress and call out / escalate potential gaps to plan
- As needed, refresh template design to ensure meeting / process efficiency and data sufficiency
- Consolidate and summarize Performance and Pipeline Progress information into relevant materials for recurring senior management presentations (Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews)
- Regularly monitor each country’s Pipeline in HubSpot to ensure quality and timeliness of information provided (e.g., new deals added and realistic / up to date perspectives on revenue potential are presented)
- Operate as Chubb Life’s Master User for HubSpot, supporting local teams with key questions and new user requests, and work with other Chubb Master Users to find opportunities to improve the usability of HubSpot
- Coordinate with Chubb Overseas General (COG) stakeholders on joint partner performance tracking and pipelines for OneChubb accounts and opportunities
- Conduct analysis, prepare materials and participate in other management meetings as needed

**Qualifications Required**:

- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Finance or relevant field
- 5 years work experience in a similar role with exposure to analytical and presentation elements
- Life or P&C insurance sector experience preferred
- Global / International experience preferred

**Skill Set Required**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively present and build productive relationships with internal stakeholders across different markets
- Dynamic, energetic and shows initiative to learn
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and influence others to do the same
- Strong skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Self-starter, capable of setting own agenda, and working with moderate direction
- Strong organizational and project skills with an ability to prioritize whilst managing various projects
- Consummate collaborator
- Able to productively liaise with peers in other Chubb business divisions
- Genuine aptitude for working in an energetic and entrepreneurial small team environment and demonstrates the ability to work well with colleagues across functions and geographies
