Overview
Head of Premier and Wealth Distribution is a leadership role within HSBC, focused on delivering the global distribution strategy for Premier & Wealth with integration of Wealth-focused approaches, omni-channel sales and service journeys, and frontline transformation. The role leads the global distribution strategy and aligns with Group, Region and Market teams to enable a wealth-focused model.
Responsibilities- Define and champion the global vision and strategy for Premier and Wealth distribution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies leveraging Wealth investments, including expanding RM footprint, enhanced training, and leveraging wealth capabilities
- Identify and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform strategic direction
- Develop and implement a sales framework to enhance client acquisition, retention, and profitability within the Premier and Premier Wealth segment
- Grow the wealth business with a focus on wealth penetration and relationship deepening, collaborating with markets to share best practices
- Oversee sales enablement initiatives, including wealth CLCM commercialization, wealth employee proposition (recruitment, progression, training, retention), and performance management tools
- Lead the design of the Incentive framework and Recognition schemes, including execution of the Circle of Excellence (COE) event
- Design the client coverage model and define role tiers to optimize customer engagement and servicing by RMs
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of distribution strategies and overall business performance
