**Job Description
- Ensure delivery of new business and renewal strategy & budget
- Implement annual New business strategy and target list in collaboration with the regions and Market Management
- AZT APAC Central Team Member representing Sales/Renewals on all topics
- Lead & motivate AZT APAC ACMA Team, providing direction on all New Renewal related topics
- Initiate and Implement Sales/ACMA staff development programs
- Align Sales/ACMA with group strategic directives and priorities
- Senior AZT APAC stakeholder & representative for client and Broker Relationship Management
- Technical advisor/implementation on AZ APAC business improvement projects and initiatives, product owner
- Co-ordination of broker engagement framework
- Escalation point for Commercial appeals
- Approve terms and conditions in the absence of Commercial Head

**Key Requirements/Skills/Experience**
- Solid experience in banking industry with focus on trade and receivables finance. Direct experience in trade credit insurance a plus
- Strong track record of building sustainable and profitable business through managing a team
- Strategic insights of country and industry knowledge
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Represent Allianz Trade and deliver the company’s services in accordance with related rules and guidelines in case of the involvement of brokers or any other distribution partners.
