Club Med has more than 20,000 Gentle Organizers (G.Os) and Gentle Employees (G.Es) working in its resorts, regional headquarters in Paris, Singapore, Shanghai, Rio de Janeiro and Miami, as well as commercial sales offices all over the world.
**Purpose**:
Lead the successful implementation of Social Media initiatives for ESAP region aimed at increasing brand love and customer loyalty both in Country and Resorts. Lead social media strategy for South East Asia markets.
**Responsibilities**:
**1.Lead ESAP regional social media strategy for our resorts**
- Develop and drive Social media and influence strategy for ESAP to support our regional marketing goals and enhance our story telling
- Plan social media activations in accordance to our marketing plan and provide robust content calendar to animate our resort's social media accounts
- Be the referent for social media for our HQ: global projects roll out, social media follow ups
- Translate global and regional campaigns into impactful social media activations (influencer operations or social media reveal)
- Manage & coordinate the agency to lead the execution of social media strategy, and leading the way to be the best business unit for social media and content
- Lead social media crisis management and communications
- Identify relevant external and internal best practices and roll them out within our organization
- Follow up and tracking of our social media metrics to recommend plans to improve our social media impact
**2. Advise and collaborate with country marketing teams to plan, deploy, track and improve social media channels and campaigns**
- Monitor social and digital trends and be aligned with the fast-changing updates within the social media ecosystem, in the continuous improvement journey to drive social media performance
- Be the lead for the markets in analysis of ESAP countries' social media strategy and plans (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Taiwan and Hong Kong)
- Support markets on the optimization of local social media channels supported with performance metrics such as social channel growth, community engagement, and website drivers
- Manage each Market's creative briefs in line with global and regional campaigns, facilitate production and follow-up in coordination with country marketing leads
- Track, report, analyse and communicate/review the results to the countries on a monthly basis
- Support markets by deriving PR angles from social sentiments and ensuring brand message consistency across Social and PR
**3.Develop high quality social media assets with in resort content creators**
- Guide and develop a community of content creators in resort (e GO) to market our resort's identities, engage with customers and develop content
- Own the ESAP Social media Content Hub to ensure Club Med's asset repository is creative, fresh, trendy and inspirational
- Gather monthly/quarterly assets needs from Markets and propose a shooting schedule
- Direct the creative angle with external content creators (agencies, influencers, digital artists) for the development of still and moving visuals
- Develop video briefs (e.g. scripting, casting, settings) for in-house content creators
- Spearhead new initiatives to drive UGC through resort guests and KOLs
**4.Manage SEA commercial social media strategy for our South East Asia (SEA) markets**
- Recommend a yearly social media plan and strategy to support our brand awareness and marketing goals
- Develop for each marketing campaign a social media approach, posts and social media visuals
- Install SEA as the innovation hub for social media initiatives
- Animate our community and answer queries in a timely manner
- Identifies market best practices applicable to our markets (specifically emerging markets)
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Social Media Marketing field
- Possess knowledge in Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, other social media is an advantage)
- Familiar with social-centric platforms and tools: Facebook Business Manager, Socialbakers, Meltwater
- Strong expertise in Social Media Analytics
- Possess strong Project Management skills and Creative Directions
- Ability to see social media within the larger context of marketing
- Ability to work independently
- Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
