The **Social Media Manager** will be responsible for designing and implementing a social media strategy that aligns with business goals. In addition, will lead campaigns and projects across a range of social media channels, producing engaging content, analyzing usage data, building client relationships, and facilitating customer service.

**Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)**
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Support the marketing and PR leadership team in coordinating virtual/in-person/hybrid events, providing inputs towards designing event format with an eye to agreed messaging and specific outcomes.
- Partner with broader marketing and communications teams to build and implement internal events, including town hall meetings and CSR activities.
- Proactively seek integration synergies across PR, social, and internal channels.
- Able to serve as an ambassador for the region to the global social media function: bringing a thorough understanding of the regional/market social media landscapes to help shape strategy and execution (from channels through to content).
- Understand the media landscape and news themes to help build compelling story angles that connect our Everise message to our key audiences of prospective clients and prospective employees. Able to gather intelligence and information on the media environments and consumer trends and patterns to inform wider strategy and decision-making.
- Support senior marketing and communications team with research and input into regional editorial calendar and external messaging strategy.
- Support Everise’s building and maintenance of productive relationships with local media, influencers, and industry representatives.
- Background in strategic and tactical partnerships would be valuable.

**Knowledge**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years experience in marketing, preferably gained in the BPO industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in many social media platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
