The **Guest Service Ambassador **responds to guests enquiries first hand, assists them with their queries and ensures that all their needs are well taken care of. Welcomes and greets all guests in a friendly and cheerful manner and creates a professional image when engaging with guests.

**Our Expectations:
- Assists guests on the usage of pool/gym towels and ensures that there are sufficient gym towels to be given out.
- Ensures pool towels are nicely and neatly folded and displayed out
- Ensures guests use facilities in a safe manner.
- Deals with customers’ requests and complaints and provides vital information to Team Leader for the purpose of improving guests’ satisfaction.
- Ensures all cabanas are well maintained - clean, well maintained, cushions neatly arranged.
- Ensures pool deck is free from debris, food & drinks particles
- Directs in-room-dining (IRD) associates to guests who had ordered food and drinks.
- Helps to clear all food and beverage items for IRD to discard.
- Ensures that the water and paper cones in the dispenser are refilled.
- Assists guests on the usage of the gym equipment.
- Assists to rack the weights back.

We are looking for a self-motivated Guest Service Ambassador with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
