Join RMA Group - one of Singapore's leading manpower agencies with more than 35 years of experience, in supporting a brand new Call Centre team in the North of Singapore. The work place is directly linked to a MRT station, and is within 30 minutes journey time via MRT from Bukit Batok/CCK/Sembawang/Yishun/YCK/AMK/Bishan.You'll be provided training and equipped with knowledge to handle general enquiries, in a team setting with rotating Day shift hours.Roles & Responsibilities: Handle inbound & outbound phone calls Handle general enquiries from the public, and professionals. Utilise IT systems e.g. Customer Relationship Management/Scheduling app Direct calls to appropriate stakeholders, if needed Manage feedback/suggestions and liaise with immediate supervisors to resolve callers' queries.Requirements: Good knowledge of English + one additional official language (Malay, Mandarin, Tamil) Strong communication and multi-tasking skills Comfortable working with computers and able to use multiple basic systems/apps with training Previous Call Centre experience is preferred Customer(Caller)-centricWorking Hours/Salary/Other information: Monthly schedule with Rotating shift e.g. 8am-5pm, 8am-1pm, 9am-6pm, 9am-2pm. (42 hours weekly) Paid Training is provided All MOM statutory benefits e.g. CPF, Workplace Insurance, 14 days AL, paid documented sick leave (MC), others. Full Time contract from Gross salary of S$2300 for entry-level, and up to S$3000 for Senior Associates Performance and Completion BonusJoin us today
