**Main Job Responsibilities**:
1. To lead and manager at least one operation of company’s logistics operations (Warehousing & Transportation) including monitoring and achievement of Operation Key Performance Index i.e. Order Accuracy, Safety, Housekeeping and Security of Operation, Warehouse turn-around-time, Billing and documentation, Inventory Management (Control, Accuracy and Level), Overtime Ratio & Labour Productivity.

3. Review of operation status with customers & management on a timely and regular basis.

4. Provide management report on operation status and budget figures on a timely and regular basis.

5. Manage and develop the entire operation team which may include; staff training plan, recruitment of operations staff, staff development activity and ensure efficient communication between inter-departments.

6. Manage all related matters pertaining to facility, safety and security issues.

7. Maintain good working relationships with customer.

8. As required, assist sales team in securing new business, including conduct of facility tours, presentation on operations, site visits for customers to present capabilities and/or gather data and coordination effort with engineering and IT teams.

1. Degree in Engineering, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or equivalent. Diploma holders of similar field and equivalent work experience will also be considered. 2. Total 10 years of working experience in with minimum 5 years in the logistics operations management, providing overall direction, implementation, and continuous improvement in all phases of logistics solutions. 3. Good working knowledge of the following operations areas - distribution, inventory planning, network analysis, materials management. 4. Good interpersonal, strong written and oral communication skills. 5. Strategic thinking ability, proven implementation results. 6. Experience with customs and regulatory issues related to logistics 7. Strong organization leadership 8. Ability to re-prioritize workload to support urgent requests from various operations.
