**Position Summary**

A Global 3PL Logistics entity, seeking for a Logistics Operations Manager to lead a team in the management of logistics and warehouse operations to achieve targeted performance and required service standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the logistics operations
- Responsible for P&L of the operations
- Supervises and develops staff
- Provide inputs for department’s future needs and operations by defining roles and responsibilities for the team
- Drive Lean Warehousing System
- Constantly look for improvement opportunities along the value chain, to streamline and re-engine the processes to achieve and exceed the service standard or target.
- Enforce security and work safety measures and controls in the warehouse.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding customer metrics (cost, quality, Customer Service and Supplier Performance)
- Train and manage the team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short
- and long-term performance goals

- Minimum 5 years of experience in shipper (managing 3PL) / 3PL environment
- Bachelors Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Engineering or equivalent work experience in the logistics field
- Prior experience in managing an operations size of 40-60 personnels will be an added advantage
- Good working knowledge on warehouse management, inventory planning, local distribution and transport management.
- Possess strong leadership skills
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of customs and regulatory issues related to Logistics
- Experience in WMS systems and possess good computer skills
