**Key Responsibilities**
- Invoicing & Records Keeping
- Visitor Reception
- Coordinate and assisting in travel arrangements (air ticket, and hotel booking for VIPs, expatriate and local employees)
- Organize and manage local/international couriers service when required
- Establish and maintain appropriate telecommunication and information flow systems (e.g visitor appointment, meeting room, video conferencing connection, booking system)
- Managing overall office environment hygiene and cleanliness up-keep (including all meeting/conference/function rooms as well as common spaces in the office)
- Ensure timely submission of expense claims
- Responsible for company event logistics
- Update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Key Requirements**
- Technically competent
- Willing to learn new skills

Salary Range: Competitive; Scaled to level of experience
