Responsibilities:

- General Administrative work and provide administrative support to sales team
- Coordination of deliveries and all related activities & documents
- Process procurement and financial documents
- Assisting with creation of invoices, receipts and purchase orders
- Familiar with Excel & E-commerce platforms like Shopify
- Preferably >1-2 years of experience in operations in an e-commerce company, e-commerce order fulfilment and tracking daily
- Extremely detailed and oriented
- Basic pick-and-pack skills
- Attend to incoming calls and enquiries
- Live with positive vibes, most importantly willing to action with “CAN DO” attitude
- Collection, follow up the payment status & co-ordinate with internal Sales team & Operations team.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Min 2 to 3 years of working experience in administration and/or sales coordination/support
- Preferably with working experience in food and/or fast-moving consumer goods industry
- Able to work independently in a fast pace working environment, multi-tasking and is a fast learner
- Able to handle Logistic/shipping Coordination
- Possess positive work attitude, willing to learn and have good time management skill
- Must be meticulous in their work and proactive
- Min ‘O’ level but preferably Diploma Holder
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office software like Excel, Words, Power Point etc.
- Able to communicate English & Mandarin in view of business communication with the Mandarin speaking associates

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Clerical experience: 1 year (preferred)
