**Tasks**
- You will function as the key Business Line Manager for our Products Services Division and have full P&L responsibility for the Consumer Electrical and Electronics Business Line in ASEAN region, which includes but not limited to consumer products such as Lighting, Household Appliances, IT/AV, and Consumer Batteries. You will work closely the Senior Vice President of Product Services Division, ASEAN GMs as well as Service Line Heads in ASEAN region to support the Group’s growth and expansion strategies.You will function as the key Business Line Manager for our Products Services Division and have full P&L responsibility for the Consumer Electrical and Electronics Business Line in ASEAN region, which includes but not limited to consumer products such as Lighting, Household Appliances, IT/AV, and Consumer Batteries. You will work closely the Senior Vice President of Product Services Division, ASEAN GMs as well as Service Line Heads in ASEAN region to support the Group’s growth and expansion strategies.
- To drive assigned sales revenue growth and Operating Result for Electrical & Electronics Industry (Consumer Products), by working with both Service Line Managers and Sales across ASEAN. Deliverables: meet or exceed assigned CPS-ENE (Consumer Product Services-Electrical & Electronics Industry Segment) Sales Revenue and Operating Profit targets.
- To meet assigned target for sales revenue growth in new services or markets.
- To identify local competency gaps (technical and sales) in ASEAN countries, by working with Service Line Heads and ASEAN GMs. To meet assigned targets in new competencies development.
- To lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
- To work with Service Line Heads and ASEAN GMs on Go-To-Markets strategies, secure buy-in and ensure smooth implementation on business action plans.
**Qualifications**
- You will be responsible for the business development initiatives for our Product Services within the ASEAN region, driving and expanding our testing and certification related services across ASEAN as well as targeted segments. You will take on a multi-national approach to identifying new opportunities, markets, partnerships, or business alliances as well as working with local sales in ASEAN entities to reach out to target customers.
- Work with the multi-stakeholders and decision makers at divisional, country and operational level to conceptualize, develop and execute both short term and mid-term business strategies to contribute to the business growth targets in for the ASEAN region, and meeting the yearly assigned revenue and operating targets.
- Collaborate with Operations and Business Line Managers to identify, drive and develop new service & competencies in the ASEAN region.
- Collaborate with relevant business units in ASEAN and our strategic partners in project negotiation, pricing strategies and project realization where applicable.
- Monitor, review, and analyses project progression to maximize the financial and business performance, work with Country GMs, Service Line VPs to recruit sales resources in the ASEAN region to support customer requirements.
- Partner with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects, project-manage new contracts; or on-boarding new customers; and responsible for establishing customer satisfaction with service level agreement.
