
Manager, Membership, Tacs and Business Networks

As Manager (TACs and Business Networks), you will manage and grow the Young Business Leaders Network (YBLN) and SBF’s network of TACs (TAC Alliance) to be forward-looking communities and effective multipliers for businesses through leadership development, mentorship, networking, collaborations and more.
You will identify opportunities to grow YBLN by fostering closer, meaningful collaborations and facilitating networking opportunities, as well as developing programmes and platforms for members of these networks to gain new insights, skills and experience as they steward their organisations to be purpose-driven, future-ready and sustainable.
**Responsibilities**:
- Programme Development and Management
- Initiate and conduct research and surveys on assigned topics, translate insights and data, and present key findings.
- Develop and manage new initiatives to grow networks of effective multipliers and business leaders.
- Coordinate and execute existing programmes and conduct reviews to evaluate implementation outcomes.
- Build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders such as sponsors, business groups, and TACs in Singapore and overseas.
- Ensure financial and budgetary prudence and sustainability of programmes and events.
- Maintain and update database of TACs and business leaders and engagements with network members.
2. Committees and Sub-Committees/Task Forces
- Perform secretariat duties to manage committees of YBLN and/or TAC Alliance including preparation of meeting agenda, materials, minutes, proposals and reports.
- Develop action plans with committee/task force members to deliver impactful outcomes.
- Engage with committees including EXCO, sub-committees, and other members for ground-up feedback.
3. Event Management
- Promote and market outreach events across multiple channels including preparation of eDMs and other collaterals.
- Plan, conceptualise and organise events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, business forums and dialogues, roundtables, study trips, etc,
- Handle pre and post-events publicity including social media posts.
- Prepare pre and post-event reports for stakeholders.
- Support general administrative requests from stakeholders.
- Handle any other duties as assigned to support goal and/or deliverables of division, department or SBF.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the private and/or public sector including stakeholder management.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and succinctly.
- Meticulous with strong organisational and leadership skills
- Good team player and an independent thinker.
