To help Trade Associations and Chambers (TACs) in Singapore build their digital and human capital capabilities to move in tandem with the emerging needs of the digital economy and the Covid-endemic world, SBF and partner TACs rolled out three new programmes with the support of Enterprise Singapore. They are:
- Digitalisation of TACs Programme,
- TAC Fellowship Programme for Leadership Development, and
- TAC Leadership Accelerator Programme.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and liaise with internal stakeholders such as HR and external stakeholders such as TACs and vendors to ensure the smooth running of daily operations as well as implementation of the three programmes.
- Manage general enquires and correspondences relating to the programmes and monitor feedback from TACs and related vendors.
- Spearhead marketing and outreach efforts for the programmes.
- Procure and administer professional services as and when needed (e.g., Audit).
- Handle ad-hoc assignments, administrative duties and provide support for projects/events as assigned by the Executive Director (Membership and TAC Division).
**Job Requirements**
- Has 4 to 6 years of working experience in the public and private sector.
- Attentive to details and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as good interpersonal and organising skills.
- Willingness to learn and quick to adapt to changing and challenging situations.
- Possess the drive, resourcefulness, and a positive attitude to come up with innovative solutions and recommendations.
- Able to work independently and as a team-player in a fast-paced environment.
- Is proficient in MS office and competent with general IT knowledge/skills.
