**This position reports to**:
Local Division Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
Join us as a Service Manager for the Process Automation Process Industries Division where you will be implementing service strategy and driving service growth locally at the respective local unit level. Leading the service organization and is responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of service resources. The work mode for this role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid This position will be the main liaison for all service deliveries and business related matter within Process Industries Division in the SEA Cluster, reports to the Division Manager and will be based in Singapore. You will be mainly responsible for: - Leading the implementation of the service strategy as a member of the local management team - Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring performance targets as part of the global (or) local unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, health and safety, etc.) - Running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity. Implementing agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction - Executing the (global) service and delivering sales channel strategy within the local unit. - Implementing productized service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and investing in service Sales to increase market penetration Investing in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction

**Qualifications for the role**:

- You are highly skilled in service and project delivery management with strong capability to deliver customer satisfaction
- Minimum of 10 years experience in engineering and/or service operations management
- Strong leadership skills with solution-centric approach
- You are knowledgeable in control systems, PLC, drives. Understanding of ABB's systems like 800xa, AC450, ABB drive systems is an advantage.
- You hold Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Willing to travel occasionally.
