**As we expand our presence across ASEAN, we are looking for an ambitious Business Development professional to join our team.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage business opportunities within Singapore.
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with schools, institutions, and education service providers.
- Drive lead generation, client engagement, and partnership development activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions to client needs.
- Attend industry events and networking activities to strengthen market presence.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set for the role.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in Business Development roles within the education sector.
- Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals.
- Strong understanding of the education landscape in Singapore.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good to have: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is good to have, but proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for sales tracking is required.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
**Other Details**:
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid work arrangement (specific hybrid details will be shared by Management during the interview session)
- Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Director of Growth & Partnerships
