Assisting with new fund formations or winding down of funds, as well as the maintenance of existing funds
- Understand complex fund structures and accounting in particular for alternative asset classes like real estate and private equity
- Preparing, proof-reading, managing, and filing funds documents and other funds-related transaction documents
- Tracking, diarising, and maintaining documents, investor information and institutional information for fund clients
- Manage and supervise all internal legal & compliance activities
- Ensure that all investment guidelines / restrictions / activities of the Funds managed adhere to the requirements of various legal & regulatory bodies and internal compliance standards
- liaising with clients and external parties
- Drafting ancillary documents and document checks
- Ensure compliance with tax and legal obligations in relation to the given advice of the Legal and tax service providers;
- Ensure the compliance of the contractual obligations of the fund (prospectus, articles of incorporations, joint venture agreements etc
- Assisting with the overall logistics and administration of projects, and other ad hoc tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally a graduate in accounting or finance and qualified or part qualified accountant or non-graduates who have obtained a professional accounting qualification
- And at least two years experience gained within fund administrators, alternative asset managers and/or public accounting firms
- Sound knowledge in regulatory requirements and rules issued by MAS, SFC, HKMA, HKEX & PIBA
- Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
- Great client relationship management and excellent presentation skills
- Can-do attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
