Account Growth Specialist

This is a full-time hybrid role that involves managing and growing client accounts, developing positive client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, preparing reports, and conducting client meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow client accounts by developing strong interpersonal and communication skills, preferably in a second language
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions, prepare reports, and conduct client meetings
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue them through effective negotiation and relationship management
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, preferably in a second language
  • 2-3 years of work experience in client relationship management and account management
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate, and manage client relationships
  • Proficiency in preparing and presenting reports, team coordination, and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
