We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving growth.
About the Role- Manage client relationships across various regions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities through regular communication with clients and market research.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Client Onboarding and Management: Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing management of clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Credit Review Process: Oversee the annual credit review process for clients, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of client lifecycle processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
