**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize contingent workforce management policies, design implementation plans to enhance quality and compliance, based on business development needs;
- Collaborate with process optimization and regional BP teams to standardize global policies towards decision-making and implementing mechanisms;
- Familiar with the contingent workforce market practices, understand regional compliance requirements, identify management issues, provide suggestions, and promote implementations.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of contingent workforce management, familiar with business models and vendor management;
- Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong logical thinking skills, able to continuously delve into business and market practices, identify problems, and propose feasible suggestions;
- Good communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across departments to achieve goals;
- Good data analysis skills, able to address problems with user perspective and business insights.
