Due to the growth of our client base, we are looking for a new Business Development Managers to help in our sales efforts and finding new clients for our financial advisory services. This is a sales role that will require a hungry and focused individual who is able to seek out new opportunities, network at expat events in Singapore and assist our Financial Advisors in linking up with potential new leads. To succeed in this role, you will need the drive for personal excellence and success plus the great ambition to achieve. **Job** **Responsibilities**:
- Developing new business opportunities to enable access to a greater customer base
- Arrange appointment for the prospect to meet with one of our qualified financial advisors
- Attending events to find potential leads
- Telemarketing - Cold calling ability is essential
- Following up on leads to make advisor / client appointments
- Working closely with the financial advisors to understand the company’s products and promote their services
- Work closely with the admin team to ensure client records are up to date
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably in Finance and Banking
- 2+ years of industry-related business development experience preferable
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Results driven persistent and good time management skills
- Hunger for success and to exceed targets
- Excellent interpersonal management skills
- Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services experience is preferred, but training and courses will be provided if required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
