Introduction

We are looking for qualified engineer to be part of our Sales & Quotation team in Singapore.

Diversity

Tasks
- Degree with 2 years experience in Mechatronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering/ Industrial Engineering or related studies.
- Experience in Industrial Automation: SCADA, PLC, Sensors, Communication, MCC parts, etc.
- Programming and Software Design experience is an advantage.
- Familiar with Industrial Process Automation, preferably in Food Processing.
- Responsible to produce quotation document with internal tools, consisting of pricing, concept drawing, presentation material, and others in order to support sales processes.
- Produce Automation Quotation with Bühler internal tools.
- Clarify the automation requirement from internal project sales or directly from customers.
- Understand customer’s expectations and requirements to provide the best automation solutions.
- Prepare plant automation concept for the specific project.
- Prepare project related presentation material to support sales process.
- Explain automation solutions, including the benefits, to internal and external customers, who may have no or little knowledge about automation.
- Document all work related to the quotation.
- Proactively follow up delivered document to internal project sales or customer directly.
- Support Project Sales in selling automation solutions and provide semi-turnkey solution.

- Self-motivated, self-confident, proactive, open minded, willing to learn new things, able to work under pressure.
- Advanced verbal and written communication in English.
- Able to structure any inquiry analytically and plan the work independently in structured way.
- Able to set priorities of the works according to deadline.
- Good communication skills.
- Measurement / Key Performance Indicators
- High service quality for internal and external customers (respond time, flexibility, TOP Values : Trust, Ownership & Passion).
- Delivery time as well as number of rework cycles on the defined scope of work.
- Compliance with processes, procedures and tools
