**Front Desk Management**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors.
- Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere at the school.

**Operational Coordination**:

- Oversee scheduling of classes, studio bookings, and teacher availability.
- Ensure the studio is well-maintained, organized, and equipped for lessons and events.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and teaching materials, placing orders when necessary.
- Coordination of examinations and other students related assessments.

**Customer Relations**:

- Handle customer inquiries regarding lesson schedules, fees, and programs.
- Resolve complaints or concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate records of students, classes, and payments.
- Prepare reports for management on student attendance and operational issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors or service providers as needed.

**Event Support**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of recitals, workshops, and open houses.
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and customer communication.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business administration, arts management, operations management or music.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, studio coordination, or a similar administrative role, ideally in: Music schools, performing arts organizations, or educational institutions, retail or service-oriented businesses with customer-facing roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with scheduling or management software.
- Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for music or the arts is a plus.
- Prior experience in managing teams, overseeing operations, or leading projects is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of event coordination and logistics is often a plus.
